i found there the Value Encoding  of Content.

i saw in code that u use "$out->addUint16N(DCTL_NET_VALUE_TYPE_LIST);" to
define the ARRAY CONTENT.

but can u show me how to define it like PropList?

also i mean:

define('DCTL_NET_VALUE_TYPE_LIST',   7); // mean Array like array("a", "b")
define('kMoaMmValueType_PropList',  10) // mean Array like
array("a"=>1;"b"=>2);
