Hi! When I use pycharm to run the following code：

    ret = os.system(command)

it output "conda not found".Do you know why it happens?

I saw that you created issues to Gloria and CheXpert github repositories for accessing CheXpert dataset's actual clinical reports to use them in addition to MIMIC dataset. I am currently facing the same problem. So, did you able to get CheXpert dataset's clinical reports? Or did you only work with MIMIC dataset? Thank you for your help in advance.

are you still working on this? i saw repo has no readme, its possible for you to add readme for training & inference of model *?
