add color to out put

adding color to out put specially for errors can be very beneficial for a better visual looks

Add `linter` and `gosec` to pipelines

add pipe lines to project including gosec and golangcli

use struct tags instead of `flags.flagSet` to print out the help

using struct tags for each sub-command value, to determine the argument values, would be their default values are beneficial.
it would make the client code something like this

flagcmd.SubCommand {
   Name: "test"
   Args: &argumentStruct{} // the struct to be populated or the return type
   ...
}
