When playing a playlist on my Galaxy Nexus (Android 4.2.1), mp3 tracks may be skipped randomly. However, wav files are always OK. And it never occurs if i use a http proxy (thus i can not use Fiddler2 to see what's actually happening).

This issue is usually followed by a MediaPlayer Error (1, -1004) in ddms log, which means ERROR_UNKNOWN & ERROR_IO (see http://android.joao.jp/2011/07/mediaplayer-errors.html).
