• 1.pip install matlab
• 2.cd 至 matlab安装目录的 extern\engines\python 文件夹，例如：E:\MATLAB\R2019b\extern\engines\python，输入：python setup.py install

Thanks for your sharing! I wonder that where did you get the matlab code of UCIQE or did you finish it by yourself? I wonder this because I could not find the official code UCIQE or a published paper that provides the correct code of UCIQE.
