Add footer

Use Bootstrap 5 documentation to add a footer to the webpage. The minimal footer should contain the name of the website and the current year

Add Learning Tracks

In addition to individual resources, add learning tracks to the application. Each learning track would be a sequence of individual resources (books, articles, videos, etc.) to help learn a bigger concept such as web development.
