String manipulation awesome config

Hey, I love your dotfile. I tried using it on my personal laptop and it looks awesome.
However, I found a little bug that was causing a lot of notifications.
In the two file signals/system/volume.lua and signals/system/microphone.lua you attempt to multiply a string by 100 before converting it to an int.

            local volume     = string.match(stdout:match('(%d%.%d+)') * 100, '(%d+)')
            local muted      = stdout:match('MUTED')
            local muted_int  = muted and 1 or 0
            local volume_int = tonumber(volume) -- integer 

I think you should rather first extract the string then convert it to an int and multiply it

            local volume     = string.match(stdout:match('(%d%.%d+)'), '(%d+)')
            local muted      = stdout:match('MUTED')
            local muted_int  = muted and 1 or 0
            local volume_int = tonumber(volume) * 100 -- integer 

It's really a small detail however. Keep up the great work !
