World Basemap (not mini) should correctly handle "toll" roads and not merge with non-toll roads about osmand

There is no tag toll=yes at all in this area. This is strange. Also I've checked OSM history of affected ways and didn't find anything suspicious. This issue needs more investigation.

As stated above...

Between theese two points is only a smal part WITH TOLL, the bridge in the west of Millau "Viaduc de Millau" 44.07866 N, 3.02333 E.

You can see it CORRECT with zoom level 10 and 11.
Some of other zoom levels are strange.
Edit. Please check different zoom levels wth this bridge in focus.

Looks like something is wrong with process of merging and simplifying of roads during basemap generation

OsmAndMapCreator, legacy and OpenGL engines, World_basemap, Touring-view_(more-contrast-and-details).render.xml

Toll maps should be reverted as they affect merging process or this issue will go in 4.7. Something to be discussed

Toll rendering in default style was limited to zoom 12 until basemap generation process (way merging) is fixed. It needs to consider toll roads too.
