explain deployment on tomcats in the docs
"Quickstart" should mention username/password of default installation
I am following the Saiku guide, installed Saiku and started Tomcat doing
$ tar xvfz saiku-server-foodmart-2.2-RC1.tar.gz
$ cd saiku-server
$ sh start-saiku.sh
When navigating to localhost:8080, a username and password must be entered. The documentation does not mention what the username/password should be. After guessing for a while I figured that is was admin/admin. Could you add this information to the docs?
