Lack of documentation

It looks like the ruby client is at least partially documented in the source repo.

Suggestion: copy the readme from that page into this repo each time you build this repo.

Can't set base_path

When setting base_path in OryClient.configure nothing changes. Requests are still send to the playground

Whelp - wrong URL for expand?

This appears to be the wrong URL in the permissions_api.rb file:

I believe we want local_var_path = '/expand'

/relation-tuples/expand doesn't work with the current docker image but /expand does

Please advise 🙏

Expanded Permission Tree issue

In order for this to work with the latest version of Keto, all instances of the word "tuple" in ory-client/models/expanded_permission_tree.rb should be renamed to subject_set.

Can I create a PR?

Server settings - local host is not possible

We should update the server_settings method to allow developers to override the url. It doesn't look like @host and @base_path are respected.

In order to make this gem work with the Keto docker image, I had to override url to a specific localhost value.

Ideally this would be controlled by an env variable. Should I PR a fix into the main repo?
