The great rewrite of 2019 ~Progress report~

Rewriting pretty much everything, on the rewrite2018 branch. More info to come. More tasks to come

• Migrate from ModularFramework to the new Extensibility module (DryIoc)
  • Make necessary API changes
  • Leverage new features from DryIoc
  • Finish TODOs
• Migrate from log4net to Serilog
• Refactor Windows-specific code to FuwaTea.Platform.Windows (or others) where applicable
• Migrate old projects to .NET Standard 2.0 where applicable
• Migrate to CSCore fully
  • Restore the old ASIO support
• Rewrite the Settings/Config API
• Rewrite the entire Playback/Audio API, including the PlaybackEngine
• Rewrite Playlist API & implement the Library
• Rewrite the Metadata API (use newer cross-platform package)
• Refactor/rewrite some UI components
  • Introduce new Skins engine (dynamic compilation)

Misc. stuff:

• Fix AppVeyor
• Update Installer scripts

Future stuff (will be moved to another issue):

• Create equivalent UI with Avalonia (blocked - missing features)
• Leverage new cross-platform APIs in CSCore (blocked - waiting for update)

Playback glitches when changing songs

Rapidly press next/previous to move back and forth -> glitchy playback of one of the files. Tested with 2 MP3 files (latest commit Jul. 19). Might be specific to these files, more testing needed.
