Error: Duplicate object key

  on outputs.tf line 8, in output "subnets":

   8:       x.display_name => x
   9:   } : null
    |----------------
    | x.display_name is "observeability"

Two different items produced the key "observeability" in this 'for'
expression. If duplicates are expected, use the ellipsis (...) after the value
expression to enable grouping by key.
