oci-aviatrix

These are Terraform modules that deploys Aviatrix Secure Networking Platform on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). It is developed jointly by Oracle and Aviatrix.

The Aviatrix cloud network solution consists of two components, the controller and gateways, both of which are cloud VMs available on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Marketplace. Gateways are launched from the controller console to specific VCNs.

Aviatrix Controller

Detailed instructions for deploying Aviatrix Controller on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure can be found in the Controller space.

Terraform Version

• master branch is for Terraform v0.12+
• v0.11 branch is for Terraform v0.11+

Review Initial Release

@pwp333 , I pushed the initial release of Aviatrix Controller Terraform template code on OCI. Can you please take a look on the assets and supporting documentation. Please feel free to make any change and submit a PR.

Unsupported Terraform Core version issue

Hi, I was following the README under the "controller" directory. I cloned the repository and performed:

cd oci-quickstart-aviatrix/controller/simple`
terraform init 

It at first looked fine but then hits the error as described in the title:

Error: Unsupported Terraform Core version

This configuration does not support Terraform version 0.12.9. To proceed,
either choose another supported Terraform version or update the root module's
version constraint. Version constraints are normally set for good reason, so
updating the constraint may lead to other errors or unexpected behavior.
