OCR takes too long and causes repeated uploads from EyeFi card

Recent change to make main thread wait for OCRing to complete to avoid zombie processes backfired and it seems to be causing the EyeFi card to timeout the upload request and retry repeatedly.
Since the code already has worker threads for doing the flickr uploads asynchronously, the complete_execute hook needs to be moved there, so the spawned processes can still be reaped without blocking a timely response to the EyeFi.
