发现了日期与万年历对应不上的问题

首先非常感谢您这边的工具，解决了我们开发过程中很大的难题，我们在使用的过程中发现，根据工具算出来的时间与万年历对应不上，例如1990年5月12日，工具算出来是乙亥日，实际上应该是丁丑日 还有1990年6月11日 工具：丙午日，实际：丁未日，好像都少了一天

索引越界问题

阴历直接获取天干地支，时间为13时或者20时 会出现索引越界，hourGanZhi 方法中 hourIndex的值为13了。

闰月

阳历的2014年10月24号，农历为闰九月初一
每年生成生日时，能否是闰月时生成闰月对应的阳历，非闰月时生成非闰月对应的阳历
2015年时Calendarist calendarist = Calendarist.fromLunar(2015, 9, 1);
calendarist.set(Calendarist.LEAP_MONTH_OF_CURRENT, 1);
阳历为2015.2.19
