Add clickable "timeline" graph to home page for datasets

Add journal name to paper readmes

The name of the journal seems to be missing on many of the Readmes. This, along with the year, is usually the minimum to identify the paper (often people just remember/talk about the lab PI and the journal, for better or worse...). Ideally the page number/edition info too, but this is not necessary if there is a clickable DOI.
