Implement a java variant

Work so for has been done on the ge-java branch. The graphql queries are working, the subscriptions not yet. Also it's not correctly working with the frontend yet.

Create an easy way to start the examples without the need for installing.

There are two possible approaches, either put the application docker images in a docker repository, or use builder images. Builder images should use a volume for the .m2 repo. Please let me know which of the two has preference.
It doesn't really add any value for me, so I probably won't start on it when nobody is asking for it.
