似乎不应该自动在星号 * （或者是 markdown 语法）和中文文字之间加空格

感谢开发出如此优秀的插件给中文的 Discourse 论坛带去了一抹优雅，也带去了对开发者群体的「最基本尊重」。

我遇到一个问题就是，在 这个帖子里，作者似乎用 markdown 语法进行粗体的标示，但是（应该是经过我们的插件转换后）发帖成功时，markdown 语法 ** 和中文文字之间就加入了一个空格，这就导致了文章里中文的加粗失效，不知道你们是否遇到过这样的问题？

自定义 dict 替换 json 可否忽略比如 code block 里的内容

@marguerite 周末好，再次感谢开发出如此优秀的插件。

有个小提议，在自定义 dict 替换内容的时候，是否可以考虑在代码块里不进行替换呢？
