Long description: This is a port of Cave Story to the wii, built off of CSE2, a decompilation of Cave Story's freeware version.

A recent addition to Repository Manager is support for flags, and the introduction of the "writes_to_nand" flag.

Application manifests that write to nand should be appropriately updated with:

I have to remove the application because my ps3 controls have been damaged, as it says it writes to the nand not only can I delete pair my ds3 from homebrew shop, so I wanted to know if there is a way to delete it

It would be useful to add HackMii Installer to OSC in case someone needs to run it for a reason like installing BootMii if they didn't install it before for whatever reason. This would prevent the use of an exploit. Since Artuto hates me then he probably will deny my PRs, so maybe @Naim2000 or @emilydaemon can look into it?

on oscwii website not64 is under utilities when it should be under emulators.

I don't know where to put this, but many of the apps on the Homebrew Browser show that date, why?
