The new host name, guidelines.openmobilealliance.org, the site adjustment needs to be taken as currently nothing is loaded correctly.

This is observed in current f1fce58 version.

A click to the log should take the user back to the Github pages website.
We don't have a link for it yet but we can link back to the same page https://openmobilealliance.github.io/dmse-documentation/

This PR #29 proposes to move the following content from the TestFest wiki:

• TestFest Events, and
• Product Listing
  to this website.

A click on one of the section links (different pages from index page) doesn't open the page on the corresponding section.

e.g. input this link in the browser https://openmobilealliance.github.io/dmse-documentation/enablers#v10-functionality,
the page will open correctly in the section but the link available in the browser will miss the name of the file, in this example enablers.

Add a logo icon to the top menu that links to the lwm2m webpage, https://lwm2m.openmobilealliance.org/

• Add LwM2M logo
  * remove nuxt/content logo
  * See icon.png.png in the static folder
• Add favicon logo
  • See oma-logo.png in the static folder
• remove "Built with" icon and replace it with favicon.png

GitHub link doesn't work

The GitHub icon should be pointing to https://github.com/OpenMobileAlliance

A click e.g. https://openmobilealliance.github.io/dmse-documentation/#observe-multiple-resources-and-notify-partial-resources will display the content about the first document (LwM2M Protocol)

As discussed, when using the web site https://guidelines.openmobilealliance.org/ and navigating to the "TestFests - Workshops" page initially URL (2) is displayed (see below) . However if this web page is refreshed then URL (1) is displayed (see below).

1. https://guidelines.openmobilealliance.org/testfests/
   Displays a web page that includes "Product Listing Webpage" links with URLs https://guidelines.openmobilealliance.org/testfests/listing . When these latter links are clicked on then "my first nuxt project" is briefly shown in the browser tab, followed by the web page error message "Page not found".

2. https://guidelines.openmobilealliance.org/testfests
   The "Product Listing column" displays page icons with the URL "https://guidelines.openmobilealliance.org/listing" and these links work.

It is surprising that the above URLs (1) and (2) generate such different results. When browsing the web site both pages with URLs (1) and (2) can be legitimately generated (no URL editing is necessary). Of course only URL (2) displays pages that work properly.

The above behaviour is exhibited with both Firefox and Chrome.

Please can this issue be resolved?
