Is it possible this is by design? I can see a significant use case where I've uploaded a file or two but reference that file from multiple points on the site. If I delete something that references the file, should I also be deleting the file? Not necessarily. Is there some sort of file/node reference/relationship table in the database?

What does the user expect when they delete a course/resource? (user specialist)

Questions

  • can users still get to materials from a deleted course?
  • are materials of a deleted course still published?
  • are materials of a deleted course still indexed by SOLR?
  • what does a user expect to happen when they remove a course?
