udata is maintained by Etalab, the french public agency in charge of open data. Etalab is responsible for publishing udata's roadmap and for building consensus around it.
It is collectively taken care of by members of the OpenDataTeam.

In the list of all datasets, there are some problems with the translation of some filters. For instance, in the box "Granularité territoriale", you have some items in French (ie "Autres") and some items in English (such as "French communes"). You have the same problem for the field "Couverture territorial" with items in English ("World", "European Union") and for Licenses.
To improve transparency, we should generate a dataset of deleted datasets, according to this specification.
