Allow people to specify numbers in clause
Use case: 100 clauses - someone removes clause 50 but wants the numbers in later clauses to stay the same for continuity.
Suggestions:

allow people to put in a "empty clause" when they remove the old one.

let people specify numbers at certain points, rather than calculating specially.
Add a license
Escape HTML when building output
