如 #58 描述，用户在离线状态下使用，无法下载 extension 会导致服务启动失败
另外，跳过extension 下载也会让服务的启动更快。

服务关机后无法重启，一直卡在：

需要删掉启动目录下gitdata,gitlogs,在执行启动才能成功，但是此操作数据会丢失。
