Eventually we may want to move this into more of a graphql-based architecture. For now let's just use raw sql to prove the concept.

This doesn't have to be too formal. There's lots of discourse over proper formatting and content of changelogs, but I think we just want a paragraph for every major change, along with a date (and maybe screenshot).

Idea: expand the filters for the big Evidence of Representation visualization.

Right now the select dropdowns are all single select (e.g. you can only select Charge Category: “Criminal Traffic”, you can’t say “Criminal Traffic AND Drug”). We can do this through our query interface. The next step would just be to make the select widget a multi-select widget.

This means that our query builder will also need to support this feature.

We'd like to credit orgs like University of Michigan who provided a service for normalizing the statute data. They also provide a citation on their website, which we'd want to reuse.

It's not that big of a deal, but we're doing an environment check on a string that is sent to our azure function in plain text.
