MSbuild not found Window 10

Hi,

I installed the MSVC2017 and MSYS2 on my Windows 10 machine and set the path as explained in the here. I have set the path in MYS as

 export PATH="/c/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio/2017/Community/VC/Tools/MSVC/14.16.27023/bin/Hostx86/x86/":"/c/Program Files (x86)Microsoft Visual Studio/2017/Community/MSBuild/1 5.0/Bin/":$PATH

In above path 1 st in the 32bit 'link.exe' & 'cl.exe' and 2nd one is for 'MSbuild.exe'. When I and looking MSBuild using command 'which MSBuild' or 'msbuild.exe' or 'MSBuild.exe' then am getting as

Also ,When I am trying to build using

 ./configure --toolchain=msvc --arch=i386 --prefix="/d/smallgame/Newfolder/ffmpeg-4.1-source/build" --extra-cflags=-I"/d/smallgame/zlib-1.2.11/zlib-vs17/include" --extra-ldflags=-L"/d/smallga me/zlib-1.2.11/zlib-vs17/lib" --enable-zlib

Then --extra-cflags/--extra-ldflags are not working here.

Please guide me how I can make FFmpeg build using MSVC 2017 & MSYS2 32 bit
