Restore package configs

now I'm pointing to hard reference of packages stored in out directory to avoid to wait for the publishing time for stupid fix. Once is more stable do:

remove reference in opcProxySample.csproj:

<ItemGroup>
    <ProjectReference Include="..\opc-influxdb\opcInfluxConnect\opcInfluxConnect.csproj" />
    <ProjectReference Include="..\opc-grpc\opcGrpcConnect\opcGrpcConnect.csproj" />
  </ItemGroup>

then:

dotnet add package opcProxy.core
dotnet add package opcProxy.GrpcConnector
dotnet add package opcProxy.InfluxDBConnector
