ipfs-block-to-cid's Introduction

Get the ipfs CID from the name of a block filename.

Example:

If there is a file in a repo named CIQENVCICS44LLYUDQ5KVN6ALXC6QRHK2X4R6EUFRMBB5OSFO2FUYDQ.data and you want to know the CID, you can do this :

./ipfs-block-to-cid CIQENVCICS44LLYUDQ5KVN6ALXC6QRHK2X4R6EUFRMBB5OSFO2FUYDQ
QmT78zSuBmuS4z925WZfrqQ1qHaJ56DQaTfyMUF7F8ff5o

Build

run the provided build script or go build ipfs-block-to-cid.go
