Add integration tests for Metron's components.

Create custom Hydra configuration to:

• disable changing python execution root folder
• disable creation of files logging

The feasible approach seems to create custom Hydra config nodes in Python using Hydra Structured Configs.

Get rid of None return value in Python function. Define meaningful Null Objects.

Send frames to subscribed Streamer Workers instances in parallel in broadcast_frame method of StreamerManager class.

Add unit tests for Metron's components.

Metron Conduit demo is coupled with VidGear library. It would be nice to decouple the demo from the library. One solution could be to use Video Receiver or emphasize that the demo is built on particular technology.

Underlying VigGear library allows to stabilise video file or camera stream (docs info) which is not used for now.

Moving from Dynaconf configuration framework to Facebook's Hydra config tool. This allows to have much broader configuration options, which more fit into our scenario.

Make a wrapper around 3rd party libraries to avoid cupling implementation detail with logical funtionality. To have a possibility of switching to a different underlying library.
