outHeader->nTimeStamp must be mAudioClock or the duration of the audio
outHeader->nTimeStamp = mAudioClock ;

if 0 will cause Videw Drain with wrong timestamp!

I merged two folders, but I can not find the "USES_NAM" flag, as "android/frameworks/native" and "android/frameworks/av" also.
