Currently GraphFlow class (and Node) handles both the functionality of connecting multiple models together, and also parsing the template from a json file into a graph flow. This should be moved to a different class to adhere to SOLID principles and to increase testability of each individual component.

Currently, JsonDataManager is allowing save and load from the .saved_data.json file using a nested key path.
Meaning that if we want to use it in order to load a key we have to specify as the first key in the path "api keys".

This is an internal structure that might change often, hence we want to hide it and support loading a key via, for example, load_key(key_name).

Suggestion:
creating a UserData class which will leverage JsonDataManager and hide its underlying structure.
