Q&A Android app for which a user has to answer a question based on a scrambled image.

A user can either choose to skip the question, answer the question partially and move on to another question and this state will be stored, or answer it completely and proceed further.

fix: validation for adding new question

In the AddQuestion.java activity,

• Add check conditions on empty/invalid fields when adding a new question. Questions should only be submitted after all conditions are satisfied
• Point out errors to the user

Compile should be replaced with implementation

Configuration 'androidTestCompile' is obsolete and has been replaced with 'androidTestImplementation' and 'androidTestApi'.
It will be removed at the end of 2018. For more information see: http://d.android.com/r/tools/update-dependency-configurations.html

I can make a PR to solve this. May I?
