How it works?

• 1- Collect data from target's twitter account
• 2- Find target's friend and copy her/him account
• 3- Generate tweet automatically with markov chain algorithm and send it

Installation

git clone https://github.com/omergunal/PoT
cd PoT
pip3 install -r requirements.txt

Update your api keys in "PoT.cfg". Go to https://apps.twitter.com/ and get API keys

Usage

python3 PoT.py -u username

account blocked

hello,
i have tried pot.py but my account got blocked for the reason of using bots.

error no 13

when i put "python3 PoT.py -u [username]" in the terminal, it says " [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/s4ntin0/PoT/profiles'"
what is this error?? i have created and saved all the APIs of twitter.

Not finding the tweepy

Hi sir,
I get an issue in using the PoT tool, I installed all of the requirements to run it correctly but unfortunately one I run it show for me:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "PoT.py", line 4, in
import tweepy
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tweepy'

I tried to solve the issue by re-install the tweepy by using the pip but at the end the same error keep repeating and until now I have not solve it.

Username change

Can't seem to find the function which changes the username. The username in the PoC remains static. Does the tester have to manually change that on the twitter account?

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'api' referenced before assignment.
