Add hints, help button / documentation and first run dialog

show recent selections / combinations

Give the ability to only change role / account /region in the current tab

Allow the user to choose the color of the role / account combo just like the console does

this will be similar to recents #7, allowing users to pin favorite combinations

Rather than having the menu pop out of the extension button, extend the existing role management inside the AWS console by injecting JS into the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Edit'
2. Try to click on the box to add IAM Role.. it doesn't let you edit or Add new ones

Expected behavior
Able to Type on the IAM Role box to add it

There's currently no way of editing existing entries, add editing functionality

Add the ability to reorder items
this could be done with buttons but it would be better to implement drag and drop functionality
