Bucket Game

The Bucket Game is a multiplayer game where two players take turns selecting fields to uncover hidden points. The first player to find all 10 points wins the game.

Installation

  1. Make sure you have Node.js installed on your system.

  2. Clone the repository to your local machine:

    git clone https://github.com/olivierluethy/Bucket-Field/
  3. Navigate to the project directory:

    cd bucket-game
  4. Install the dependencies:

    npm install

Execution

  1. Start the server:

    npm start

    The server will start on port 3000. Make sure this port is not being used by another process.

  2. Open a web browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000.

  3. Choose either the Singleplayer or Multiplayer mode.

  4. In Singleplayer mode, you can play the game against a computer opponent. In Multiplayer mode, you can play against another connected player.

  5. In the game, you will be prompted to take turns selecting fields by clicking on them. Try to uncover the hidden points.

  6. The game will show you the progress and inform you of the winner once one of the players has found all 10 points.
