better parse passed server url

Currently, the client refuses to create if a trailing slash is not offered when setting up the client (since it will try to make a request to https://server.ohmage.orgapp/config/read). Make this less brittle!

Offer some credential alternatives -- .ohmage ini or something?

Would be really great if we could handle similar to how mysql does the group client blocks:

[client-test.mobilizingcs.org]
username=testuser
password=testpassword

[client-test.ohmage.org]
username=testuser2
password=testpassword2

and then they can be selected with --server-url=test.mobilizingcs.org or similar

class_delete doesn't handle the failure case properly
