Have you considered using Essentia tooling for downbeats detection?

Hi, just curious what was the reason for choosing madmom for beat detection where Essentia provides all the necessary features to achieve the same?

No stereo output support?

I've been experimenting with pyCrossfade, and one thing that struck me was the lack of a "Mono" or "Stereo" output option. It just exports audio as Mono. I dug a little more into the source code but couldn't locate the precise cause of the problem; I believe it's something to do with an external library you use. Is it possible to export the audio as Stereo?

Essentia alternative for Windows

Hello, thank you for this project, it works nice on Linux. However I would now like to run it on Windows, but Essentia with python bindings is not available for Windows, do you know a way around this, or an alternative that can be used instead of Essentia?

ValueError: numpy.ndarray size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. Expected 88 from C header, got 80 from PyObject

Any ideas on this please? I have all dependencies and cython was installed before madmom.
