Blender addon which allows to control the gameengine from a blender session by using OSC, it monitors changes in blender and send them to the gameengine. To try out download v0.1.2 newer code will not work because of network code rewrite.
Hi
I am on Debian Sid and have just downloaded the latest version (as of today) and copied its content into: /home/peir/.config/Blender/2.70/scripts/addons/blive.
It seems to install the menus, but I get the following error:
"Exception in module register(): '/home/pier/.config/blender/2.70/scripts/addons/blive/init.py'
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/share/blender/scripts/modules/addon_utils.py", line 312, in enable
mod.register()
File "/home/pier/.config/blender/2.70/scripts/addons/blive/init.py", line 69, in register
utils.register()
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'register'".
Before today, I have tried to use the addon but got stuck right at the beginning of the wiki tutorial: "Setup the gamelogic for the OSC Server in your Scenes in the "Scene Properties"->"BLive Scene Settings"" I cannot find the BLive Scene Settings" Menu option. This is simply not there in previous versions of the plugin, there is another one instead in the latest version: "Osc DMX Patch" which seems to have a completely different function...
Any help please??
Thanks in advance. I would be very happy to help with testing and giving feedback.

I am trying to use your plug-in for some QLC+ visualisation but I am not able to enable it in the Blender adons list. It shows up but the enable box will not change.

i wanted to know if it would be possible/easy to implement the ability to paint a texture in the texture paint editor and have it updated in real-time. maybe grabbing the paint buffer and open it in a texture instead of a video.
sorry if I'm saying something stupid I'm really interested in start using blender as a video mapping real-time interactive painting tool.
thanks in advance.
No matter what I do, I am totally unable to import Liblo into Blender. Has anyone managed to do this with Blender 2.77? I've been messing with this all day, and I keep running into dead ends.
