Add app icon to samples about teams-toolkit-samples

I don't know of any, but as a suggestion @girliemac and I were thinking maybe simply using the existing Fluent "apps" icon, but applying purple/blue from M365 logo to it:

@erikadoyle We can work with our design team on this :) But great suggestion, this should help us create an identity for "Teams Toolkit" samples and templates. :)
