I don't get these running the tests locally. But if we wanted to remove them I guess we would need to add the missing attributes (with empty values) in the example's data.

No, that is not the way to go. In oemof.tabular, the inputs and outputs of components are set after __init__ (in build_solph_components). So the warning is expected. But if should be silent because of this:
