It seams that pyomo=6.0.0
does not need PyUtilib
anymore. So a way of "fixing" this would be setting pyomo
to 6.0.0
and uninstalling PyUtilib
. I would therefore leave it as it is. As soon as oemof.tabular
runs with a higher version of oemof.solph
the problem should be solved.

After installing and testing tabular i receive a DeprecationWarning:
* lib/python3.8/site-packages/pyutilib/misc/import_file.py:11: DeprecationWarning: the imp module is deprecated in favour of importlib; see the module's documentation for alternative uses import imp
This is caused by pyutilib. Seems that pyutilib has not released since 2020. TODO: Find out which dependency uses pyutilib
from oemof-tabular.
Find out which dependency uses pyutilib
oemof.solph==0.4.0
uses pyomo >= 4.4.0, < 6.0
which installs PyUtilib==6.0.0
from oemof-tabular.
Thanks for checking, @MaGering. Can we fix the warning with a newer version of pyutillib? Or shall we leave that to pyomo?

Sounds reasonable. Will be fixed as soon as a newer oemof.solph allows newer pyomo.
