The new version of Virtualbox only allows certain ranges for host-only adapters.
Current Vagrant Vm's get IP's which aren't in these ranges, the best solution is to give them an IP from range 192.68.56.0/21.
This change is planned.

A temporary workaround is to put * 0.0.0.0/0 ::/0 in /etc/vbox/networks.conf. Create the file if it doesn't exist, small warning though, an empty file will block all IP ranges. Remove it if you don't use it any longer.
