It looks like you are attempting the request with an installation access token, hence the error:

Resource not accessible by integration

I assume that with postman you use a personal access token, and it works.

The app requires the administration:write permission. After you enable that, remember that you have to accept the permission change request on every installation before they take effect

HI, I changed the app permission on the Repository and Organization settings but the error is the same.

I will wait more to see if it isn't some kind of cache.

With the administration permission of read and write on the application page the problem persists. Should I do something different? I already reseted my client secret with no success.

Any ideas?

Did you accept the new permissions for that installation? For existing installations, adding new permissions to an app take only effect once you accept the change to each installation, even if you own the app yourself

It worked. The new permissions for installation were sent to the email registred as primary on the account and I was without access.

Now it worked.
