When any tag is in pressed, the description of the tag that is pressed dissapear

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Resource Page
2. Click on any tag
3. Watch the behavior

Expected behavior
The tags description is expected to be visible

The current footer stands out a lot from the rest of the website, if this is something the moderators would want changed, I'd love to work on it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Changing the background colour of the footer and the text colour to a colour that blends in more with the rest of the color scheme.

Display event duration and attendance to event card.
Suggestions are very welcome! Maybe another way of displaying dates?

A viable solution would be to have an action that changes the version for each tag.

Motivation

Updating the package version can be a boring and forgettable task. We need to automate this task.

I would like to filter by pressing in more than one tag at a time, and deselect a tag that was previously selected

Description

Fix footer style and make it responsive

Motivation

Footer is a component that a lot of (maybe all of them) pages will use, so it should be working as soon as possible.

It would be nice to see the tags for each resource card, so you understand which topic they belong to.
When clicking on the tag at the top or card section, just the related cards will be shown.

• Display related tags for each card
• Display all tags that are used at the top of the Resources Page
• The All tag is preselected, showing all cards
• Clicking on a tag (on a card or at the top), all related cards with that tag will be shown

Change end_date to event duration and add attendance to programs.json.
So the User can see when the event is starting an ending.
