Test irregularity
Going through the tests, looking for the idiomatic way to parse events, I stumbled upon these lines that say "event", same a bit later.
According to ethers.js documentation that args is "The arguments passed to the method". So on line 58, the test isn't comparing "returned" block hash to rootHash, but rather the rootHash that was given as input.
Etherlime's own example uses utils.hasEvent for that kind of test.
