dffit example

Hi Danail,

I'm writing the python port of this currently, and so I might post several issues if/when they crop up.

In the written example in the dffit file (

dftools/R/dffit.R

Line 103 in dfc481a

#' dat = dfmockdata(n=1000, sigma=0.5)
), you plot the "true r" against the x values. However, it seems that the default values of r given by mockdata should be NULL, so this plot won't work.

installation

When following default install instructions in the paper:

install.packages("devtools")
library(devtools)
install_github("obreschkow/dftools")

I get errors saying that several dependencies aren't available (magicaxis, rgl, akima, mvtnorm, etc.).
I don't know exactly how R works in this regard, but it would be nice if they installed automatically so the install goes off without a hitch.
