Simple UI for RESTForms based on AngularJS

Install

1. Install RESTForms
2. Create new csp web app pointing to this folder, unauth, cookiepath and session group by equal to '/RESTFormsApp`
3. set ^Settings("WF", "WebAppName") = "/RESTFormsApp" (from 1)
4. Webapp or Unknown user should be able to access the namespace/database

Login field should be centered

Currently it fills all the screen

Remove unused js code paths

Dates/timestamps processing

Get/Set for dates should be in a format:
YYYY-MM-DD - dates
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ - Timestamp

Text display

If property is defined as %String(MAXLEN="") or %Text.* or %String with MAXLEN>100 then display it as multiline

Add one-to-many relationships/lists/arrays visualization

Let's see how it looks and does it have any problems.

Related issue

Login page - determine host and port automatically

Currently defaults are localhost and 57772. They should be determined automatically based on current UI url (user still should have an ability to edit them if he so wishes)

I want to set the option to Display calculated fields in the form and list, but not to let edit it

Add setting for the Placeholder

Every field can have separate placeholder for the edit field.
Add support for the placeholders?

For example relative and company in person form.

Provide the ability to alter label in the editor field.

E.g. now for the string fields there is only "Enter Text"

• server (default = localhost)

If we have partial with partial name = class name, use it to display this class data.

• low costs of adding custom form display

Add Error handling in UI

E.g. if MAXLEN exceeded I see "Unexpected error" popup window, which is not very informative.

Request to 57772 instead of specified port

Sometimes, the app sends request to 57772 instead of the port specified on a login page

Offer choice when only VALUELIST is present

Currently both are required to work.
