I have override the templateRootPath in the Settings.yaml in my running site:
templateRootPath: 'resource://Reasei.ECommerce/Private/Templates/'
but it does not work.

When I dive into the method initializeView of IndexedSearchController, I see one condition
if ($view instanceof \Neos\Fluid\View\TemplateView) {}
that try to compare with \Neos\Fluid\View\TemplateView. I think it should be \Neos\FluidAdaptor\View\TemplateView

I just realized that you are not providing a license file (obviously MIT is specified in bower.json) and this file usually also contains the copyright information, which is missing entirely in this project. Maybe it would be good to provide that information so that people can include it when using the code?
