Sig Updates

• o3de-extras is now an official repository of the project
  • Q: Will it have a separate release cycle than the O3DE?
  • Q: If so, should o3de-extras document what o3de versions it currently supports?
• Plans to discuss the Codeowners file implementation with the TSC on 11/29.

Agenda items

• #70 was reviewed by the SIG.
  • Comments: SIG may need to add clarification of when technical reviewers are not required for PR approval.
  • Additional discussion of the proposal may be found in the proposal's comments.
  • SIG voted on the proposal and APPROVED.
• #73 is open for review and comment. Vote planned for 12/13.
• Main -> Development merge requested.
  • SIG will investigate during the week of 11/28 whether nightly or weekly automated merges are possible.
  • SIG to consider policy of mandatory Main -> Development merges after structural changes to main's directory in order to minimize conflicts.
• Reviewer and maintainer nominations form has had formatting and clarifications added. It is available for review and feedback.
• Draft of #79 is in progress.
• Draft of #81 is in progress. @sptramer to add comments on how groups will be populated and of the roles of different groups.
