Add note about colour scales to code style guide

Include example of how to create increasing/decreasing colour paletter for ordered variables

Logo is cropped

CSS file needs updating to ensure that the logo displays correctly.

Currently it is cropped in Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Front Motion Firefox

Logo appears very small in IE 11
